12@12 – Data and document retention

On March 30 and March 31, the GC Forum hosted two 12@12 sessions on the topic of data and document retention. Clearly, it is a “thing” given the overwhelming response and participation in the sessions.

Some of the very helpful tips shared by the participating GCs/CLOs included: taking a piecemeal approach, adopting an enterprise approach (it’s not just “legal’s problem”) and when all else fails, gamification/make document retention-related activities fun!
